I have nothing but great things to say about our trip to Hangzhou. The reservation process was painless, they answered any and all questions thoroughly and promptly. The hotel was beautiful; the staff there was also extremely helpful. Things went smoothly and our guide Sharon was amazing! She made the trip even better than I could have expected. Her English was perfect, she told her own personal stories which added a nice touch, let us see a side of China we would not be able to see otherwise. I would definitely book another tour with Hangzhou Private Tour in the future!
