The guide was incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. They made sure to keep the kids interested and engaged by sharing fun stories, historical facts, and legends about West Lake and Lingyin Temple. The itinerary was carefully planned and paced so we never felt rushed or overwhelmed. Every stop was enjoyable and allowed us to take in the beauty and culture of Hangzhou at a comfortable speed. Our driver was very patient and professional throughout the day. The car was spotless and fresh smelling, which was especially important with children on board. We also appreciated that the driver had prepared child safety seats ahead of time.
