This tour gave me a completely different perspective on Hangzhou. I had visited before but never taken the time to go beyond the city center. This experience felt like a deep breath of fresh air, both literally and culturally. Our guide was warm and easy to talk to, and I really appreciated how she shared not just facts but personal stories that connected us to the places we visited. Whether we were walking through the tea gardens or sitting in a quiet tea house, she always brought something extra to the moment that made it more memorable.

I was impressed with how balanced the day felt. We saw many places, but it never felt rushed or overly touristy. The morning was a gentle start on the water at West Lake, and the rest of the day just flowed naturally from one beautiful spot to another. The tea museum was peaceful and informative, and the scenery at Longjing Imperial Tea Garden was absolutely breathtaking. Drinking freshly brewed tea on a hilltop with a view of the terraces was something I’ll remember for a long time.
