This tour really exceeded my expectations! The company was super responsive during booking and even adjusted the timing a little for us. Our driver was fantastic. Clean car, no strange smells, and most importantly, a very steady driver. Great for someone like me who gets carsick easily. The guide was warm, friendly, and had deep knowledge of Hangzhou’s history and culture. We especially loved Xiaohezhi Street and the hands on fan painting session. The route felt very thoughtful.
