From start to finish, the entire day was seamless. The company was very easy to work with. Booking was straightforward, and they responded to our questions very quickly. We appreciated how they tailored the itinerary to fit our pace and interests.

The guide really stood out. Her explanations were informative but never boring, and her warm personality made it feel like we were touring with a local friend. She even helped us pick out some unique snacks at Hefang Street and told us where to get the best local souvenirs.

The scenic route through the bamboo-lined path at Yunqi was such a calming experience, and Guo Garden was a hidden gem with incredible architecture. We loved the tea plantation as well, especially learning about the picking process directly from the farmers.

The driver was excellent. The car was clean and quiet, and he drove with such care that we barely felt any bumps. He also made sure the vehicle was always cool and comfortable when we returned from sightseeing.

And of course, the West Lake Show in the evening was breathtaking. The lights on the water, the music, and the staging were unlike anything we had seen before. It was the highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a complete Hangzhou experience.
