I joined this one-day tour hoping to learn more about Hangzhou’s tea culture, and it absolutely exceeded expectations. The itinerary was thoughtfully arranged. We had just enough time to enjoy each stop without ever feeling rushed. From the peaceful West Lake boat cruise to the elegant Guo Garden and then deep into the world of tea at Meijiawu and Longjing Imperial Tea Garden, every site had its charm and purpose.

Our guide was exceptional. She spoke fluent English and had a warm, welcoming presence. At the China National Tea Museum, she provided insightful explanations that really deepened my appreciation for Chinese tea traditions. She even helped translate during our tea tasting, making sure we understood every step.

The driver was also fantastic. The vehicle was clean, air-conditioned, and had bottled water ready. He was polite, respectful, and his driving was smooth the entire day with no jerky stops or sudden turns.

Communication with the company before the trip was easy and efficient. They answered questions promptly and made helpful suggestions when we were finalizing our schedule. This gave us a lot of confidence that everything would go smoothly, and it truly did.
