We booked this tour mainly for the Grand Canal Boat Cruise, but the whole itinerary far exceeded our expectations. The company’s communication was excellent from the very start; they responded quickly to our questions and even adjusted the schedule to fit our family’s needs. Our guide Sharon was wonderful with the kids; her English was clear, and she explained the history of the Gongchen Bridge and the story behind the China Knives, Scissors and Swords Museum in a way the children found engaging.

The driver deserves special mention too. The car was spotless, had no strange smell, and he drove very steadily, which made my elderly parents feel safe and comfortable. The balance of attractions was just right: the cultural depth at the museum, the scenic boat ride on the Grand Canal, and the relaxed stroll down Xiaohe Straight Street. Everything was timed perfectly so we never felt rushed.
