This 8-day tour through Eastern China was an incredible journey and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived in Shanghai, the energy of the city was contagious. There’s a perfect balance of old and new here, futuristic skyscrapers alongside traditional architecture, all intertwined with the hustle and bustle of daily life. It felt like the city was always alive, and I couldn’t help but be swept up in its dynamic pace.

Moving on to Suzhou, I felt like I had entered a completely different world. The calm, peaceful atmosphere of the gardens and the canals was a refreshing change from the urban energy of Shanghai. I loved the feeling of walking through history, where every garden and ancient street told a story. It felt like time slowed down here, and I could really connect with the slower pace of life.

In Hangzhou, I was struck by how serene and picturesque everything was. The landscape was so beautiful and calming, whether it was the stillness of the lake or the lush greenery surrounding us, I felt like I was surrounded by nature’s peace. The city has such a gentle vibe, and I appreciated the sense of tranquility that washed over me, especially after the busier cities we had visited.

Finally, Huangshan was the highlight of the trip for me. The natural beauty was absolutely stunning, and I felt like I was in awe the entire time. Being surrounded by the towering peaks and the misty landscapes made me feel incredibly small in the best way possible, it was humbling. The entire experience made me feel more connected to nature, and the peacefulness of the mountains was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.This trip offered a perfect mix of culture, nature, and history. It was both invigorating and calming, with each destination offering its own unique vibe. The tour was well-paced, allowing us to soak in the sights and truly appreciate each place for what it was. It was a journey that left me feeling deeply connected to China’s rich heritage and its stunning natural beauty. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the heart of Eastern China.
