We took this one day tour to Hangzhou from Shanghai and it was an amazing way to see the city’s highlights without feeling rushed. The itinerary covered a great mix of nature, history, and vibrant local scenes.

The visit to Meijiawu Tea Plantation stood out. The tea terraces were breathtaking and the taste of freshly brewed Longjing tea in that serene setting made the experience very special. Walking through the Bamboo-lined Path at Yunqi was like stepping into a peaceful forest. The cool shade and rustling leaves offered a welcome break from the city heat.

Hefang Street was lively and colorful with traditional shops and delicious local snacks. It was fun to stroll around, soak in the atmosphere, and pick up a few souvenirs. The West Lake boat cruise gave us a chance to relax and enjoy scenic views of pagodas, bridges, and willow trees reflected in the water.

Ending the day with the Impression West Lake show was spectacular. The stage floating on the water combined with dramatic lighting and traditional music created an unforgettable visual feast.
