I joined this Hangzhou one day tour with two of my close friends, and it ended up being such a special experience from start to finish. From the moment we were picked up, everything felt well-organized and smooth. Our guide was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and her English was excellent. She had a great way of explaining things that made us feel connected to what we were seeing without it ever feeling like a lecture. You could tell she really loved sharing Hangzhou’s history and especially the story behind Dragon Well tea. She walked with us through the tea fields, introduced us to local tea farmers, and even explained how to distinguish different tea qualities while we were enjoying a fresh brew.

The itinerary felt just right for one day. We started with a calm boat cruise on West Lake which was so beautiful in the morning light. Then we went to Fish Viewing at the Flower Pond, which was peaceful and full of soft winter colors. The visit to Meijiawu Tea Plantation and Longjing Imperial Tea Garden in the afternoon was relaxing and absolutely scenic. We sipped tea on a quiet balcony overlooking the hills and just enjoyed being in the moment.

The car was super clean and comfortable, and our driver was polite and drove very smoothly, which made the transitions between sites feel effortless. Communication with the company during booking was quick and reassuring. They answered our questions clearly and were flexible about the meeting time. As a group of friends, we really appreciated how relaxed yet enriching the day felt. We left Hangzhou with great memories, amazing photos, and a few tins of Dragon Well tea to take home.
