Hi! Thank you for reaching out. Yes, we can absolutely start the tour when you arrive at your Hangzhou hotel around 10:30am. Our private guide and driver service is available for up to 8 hours, so we’ll ensure you make the most of your day.
You can also add the Impression West Lake Show to your evening program. There are two performances every night: one from 19:40 to 20:35, and another from 21:10 to 22:05. We recommend choosing the earlier show for a more relaxed end to your day. We’d be happy to assist with ticket reservations and arrange the transfer as well. Let us know your preference!
