We had such a wonderful time exploring Hangzhou with this tour. Our guide was absolutely amazing. Not only was her English fluent, but she also had a lovely energy and clearly loved sharing her city. At Meijiawu Tea Plantation, she walked us through the tea-making process and helped us connect with a local farmer for a casual tasting, which was a memorable moment.

The driver provided a very comfortable experience. The car was clean and quiet, and he drove so smoothly that we could relax between stops without any motion discomfort. He also made sure the car was cool and stocked with tissues and water.

The itinerary was a perfect balance of scenic views and cultural richness. I especially liked Guo Garden, which was surprisingly peaceful and full of hidden beauty. Ending the day on Southern Song Imperial Street gave us time to pick up a few snacks and souvenirs without rushing.
