It takes about an hour and a half to drive to Mogan Mountain. Arriving Mogan Mountain at about ten o’clock, we will visit the villas built during the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic Period. By noon, let us try some local specialties of home-raised chicken, mean stewed with bamboo shoot and fried spiny frog. In the afternoon, it is time to get a close touch to the nature and visit the attractions of interests. The Reeds Park, Wulin Village and Sword Pond Waterfall are recommended spots in this area. After breakfast, let us drive to Anji Bamboo Expo Park. This is the real kingdom of bamboo. Taking a tour of the bamboo park, you will have a good view of various kinds of bamboo from all over the world and gain a deep insight into the history of the application of this kind of amazing plant over a thousand year. Anji Bamboo Expo Park also houses the very first world-class ecological panda exhibition hall. It is a great fun to watch the two pandas living in the park playing in the ground.
After lunch, it will be the time to return. It takes two hours and a half to drive back to Hangzhou.
