We had a great time going to Hangzhou frm Shanghai with Tommy. The train ride from Shanghai to Hangzhou was a great experience. We enjoyed the delicious local lunch and seeing the tea village, westlake, and the shopping street! Tommy was very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Our driver's skill were most impressive. Would recommend this trip to others!

Our day trip to Hangzhou was great, the planning of the pickup/drop offs was extraordinary, no waiting, as soon as we left the train stations there was a car waiting. This also applied to the other locations very little walking, there was always a car standing by, saving a lot of time. We were able to see the Lingyin temple, tea plantations, west lake and hefang street, where I encountered and will never forget the stinky tofu, you will know when you are close to it??. Tommy was very knowledgeable and explained all of the sites a long the way.

I cannot say enough good things about this trip! The boat ride was a very relaxing escape from the city. Lunch was delicious and I got to pick exactly what I wanted from a large selection of choices. Our guide Tommy was friendly, helpful, and informative. And he can really help us avoid the crowds during the bsy weekend!!! Thanks for the lovely day!

We went as a group of 6 work colleagues and had a fantastic time from pick-up to drop-off at our hotel in Shanghai. Everything was very well organized (Round way train tickets, tour guide, lunch, transfer in the city) and Tommy managed to avoid the big crowds, affording us a very relaxed time. Good performance, lighting, and music are amazing. A little bit cold and windy at night (autumn on october). Bring a jacket. Would highly recommend getting the VIP seat tickets instead since you're already there. the non VIP seats are at the sides and the majority of the seats are actually VIP seats! The booking was easy and it was very easy to get the show tickets.

We travelled from Shanghai to Hangzhou by the high speed train. David picked up us from the train station and he depicted a lot to us. He is incredibly knowledgable of not only the history of the city but also the whole country. His fantastic explanation covered history, law, tradition and religions. He also has a deep understanding of China' modern technology like Alibaba. We wish we could have stayed a little longer in Hangzhou. Thanks for Hangzhou Private Tour and Guide David.

We enjoyed a gorgeous day with Tommy travelling Hangzhou. The booking with Hangzhou Private Tour was quite easy! Our trip began by being picked up at train station by the guide. He met us at the exit of the train station on time with a big smile!
On the way to scenic area we discussed all of the schedule and we were convinced that we would have a private tour with much flexibility. Tommy also recommended other places and things to do if time allowed.
Naturally, we visited all the famous places one by one like the lake the garden and tea field. Afterwards, we had lunch at a very tasty local restaurant. Tommy helped us jump the queue as there were many customers waiting to eat. But we didn't wait long for delicious meal.
We truly recommend this trip and Tommy was a excellent tour escort. We would like to repeat the same experience in other cities.
