We went on this hangzhou day tour with a lot of expectations and they were very well complied. We wanted to start the tour early due to the Mid-Autumn Holiday in China. But our guide Bonnie said we dont have to. She will handle it. And it was true. Bonniespeaks very well English and has a lot of in depth knowledge. She did not only knew here way very well through the area but also knew exactly how we could enjoy and see everything without being bothered by the large amount of people.
Everything was really well organised to stay from the crowds,we saw so much during the day that it is hard to choose a favorite.
I will come back for sure with other visitors and would recomend this hangzhou trip to anyone.

We booked a whole day tour to Hangzhou from Shanghai with Hangzhou Private Tour and it is was amazing! Our round way train tickets between Shanghai and Hangzhou were well organized. Our tour guide, Bonnie, she is really fun and knowlegeable. She speaks English very well and has a good photography skill. Moreover, she knows how to take care of us and how to manage the trip pefectly. We were entertained by her during the day and got a fantastic memory in Hangzhou. Bonnie was an excellent guide, very informative and very helpful. The tour was great, the temple worth a visit, an excellent vegetarian lunch at our request in the tea village and then on to the west lake for a private boat ride. We saw the most of the highlights in Hangzhou in a short day. My parents were continually impressed with how well organized everything was. We never felt particularly rushed to get any place. I was always satisfied with the speed of our correspondence as well and found the company easy to work with. Would highly recommend Bonnie and Hangzhou Private Tour.

Amazing show!! The organization and communication with Hangzhou Private Tour was easy and smooth. Really reccomend it! It's true that some normal seat are very close to VIP seats, but the majority are on the sides, so I am still happy that we got VIP seats and were right in the middle. The seats were assigned when the booking was confirmed. Very happy about the service.

This was truly a wonderful trip to Hangzhou from Shanghai. Our guide David was amazing! Very knowledgeable and great fun. He adapted our day to our needs. We really enjoyed the fast train ride between Shanghai and Hangzhou. We cruised the beautiful lake, saw tea plantations and a magnificent temple. This tour takes you away from the hustle and bustle into different culture. Would thoroughly recommend it if you want to spend a day out of Shanghai.
