Our Hangzhou Trip was very well organized, everything from reservation to the agenda was very smooth. They book the round way train tickets from shanghai to hangzhou and back online and we got the train tickets at the Shanghai train station. Our tour guide Bonnie met us at the hangzhou train station on time. Bonnie was friendly, informative and even brought fans to keep us cool. Overall it was an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it with family or with friends. Lunch at the local tea farmer's house was GREAT, Boat ride at west lake and tour to Lingyan temple were great !!!

Our tour guide picked up us on time at our hotel lobby and drove us to the show. The lights and scenery are amazing, so if in Hangzhou you really should see this show. There will be loud conversations, people talking or watching videos on their phones during the show, and all manner of distractions, but we still recommend this. And we do recommend the VIP seats to stay a little bit away from the big group.

Had a wonderful day in Hangzhou with our tour guide Bonnie. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and answered all my stupid questions :) it was a pleasure to be guided by her through the amazing city of Hangzhou. I was particularly impressed by the West Lake (it gave me such a peaceful sensation) and the Lingyin temple, an absolute gem! We had a great lunch at the farmers' house (I'd recommend trying the chicken cooked in green tea and the eggplants) and went for a walk in the old street. Our hangzhou trip was very well organized and everything went smoothly. I had such a great time that I won't forget.

Hangzhou private tour organised the high speed train ticket from Shanghai to hangzhou for us.The high speed train from Shanghai to Hangzhou was a great experience.Our tour guide was very knowledgeable,lots of insights on Hangzhou.Our guide stayed out of the busy tourist attractions, going to the actual farmers restaurant, with only chinese eating there,very fresh food! Then to the tea plantations we went to a small farm, no other tourists than ourselves. Then for the temple, he chose one no tourists go to. we were the only ones, was very interesting and we felt very lucky. Driver and car were excellent, a great way to visit Hangzhou with no stress and worries.We really want to see the impression westlake show and we will come back to hangzhou next time. We definitely recommend Hangzhou private tour.
