We traveled to Xidi and Hongcun with our two children, and this tour worked out perfectly. The company was efficient from the start, quickly confirming our booking and even adjusting the timing so it fit our family’s needs. Our guide Kerry was wonderful with the kids. Her English was excellent, and she made the stories of the villages come alive by pointing out fun details, like the shapes of the ancient rooftops or the reflections in the water at Hongcun. The driver also deserves praise. The car was clean, had enough space for our stroller, and he drove carefully so the children could nap during the ride. This trip to Huangshan was absolutely unforgettable. What impressed me most was how well it was arranged for seniors like us. The Yungu Cableway made the climb much easier, and our guide patiently explained the history behind Begin-to-believe Peak and pointed out details of Magical Brushwork and Monkey Watching the Sea with clear, fluent English. She also adjusted the walking pace so that everyone felt comfortable.

The driver was excellent as well. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and he drove with such steadiness that my wife, who usually gets carsick, felt completely at ease. From start to finish, the company’s communication was smooth. They confirmed everything quickly and even reminded us of the weather conditions before departure. The itinerary itself was just right: we covered Lion Peak, Flying Stone, and Bright Summit without ever feeling rushed. It was a perfect balance of sightseeing and relaxation.

We booked this tour mainly for the Grand Canal Boat Cruise, but the whole itinerary far exceeded our expectations. This itinerary captured everything I hoped to see in Hangzhou. Cruising West Lake was so relaxing, and Guo Garden showed me the refined side of traditional culture. I loved the tea tasting at Meijiawu and the cool, shaded walk through Yunqi’s bamboo path. Hefang Street was lively and fun, full of street food and souvenirs. The highlight was definitely the Impression West Lake Show at night, with lights and music reflecting on the water. It was magical and left me with memories I will never forget

The boat cruise on West Lake was absolutely magical, especially with the gentle breeze and reflections of the bridges on the water. I loved stopping at Viewing Fish at the Flower Pond, it was so peaceful watching the koi swim beneath the willows. Guo Garden was another highlight, such a perfect example of traditional Chinese elegance. Ending the day at Meijiawu Tea Plantation was unforgettable, sipping fresh green tea right where it is grown. The stroll down Southern Song Imperial Street at night wrapped everything up perfectly with local snacks and lively atmosphere. Definitely one of my favorite days in Hangzhou.
